Sickkkk. I saw another big arm cyborg lady earlier today lol! You've got a lot of individual bits going on here that I think you can streamline. The arms are pretty perfect but I would swap out the paneling with race car style stickers. I'd also get rid of the asymmetry on the legs, you already have quite a bit going on with the robot arms- no need to add more quirks. Same goes fro the crotche plate and straps. Her red jumpsuit with the robot arms already easily carries the design.

Can't wait to see this character in some sick ass poses! Great work!
